These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZG999 platform. Please read this document carefully in full before registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet. By accessing ZG999 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

To register and maintain an Account on ZG999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and country of residence. You must not use fictitious names, temporary email services or VPN/proxy services to circumvent eligibility or jurisdictional restrictions.

All documents must be genuine, unaltered and submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Submitting falsified, altered or borrowed documents constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ZG999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login details. Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available, or converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and verification tier.
Available payment methods are displayed within the Platform at the time of deposit. Familiar Pakistani payment categories — including mobile wallets and bank transfers — are referenced contextually throughout the Platform. The mention of payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah does not constitute an endorsement or partnership with ZG999. Actual availability of any payment method is subject to the operator's current integrations and your verification status.
You confirm that any payment method you use to deposit funds belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is prohibited. All deposits must be funded from legitimate, legal sources.
Account balances are displayed in PKR. Where a deposit is made in another currency, conversion is applied at the rate determined by the operator at the time of transaction. ZG999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Withdrawal requests may only be made for real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered cannot be withdrawn.
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Partial verification may result in withdrawal delays or suspension pending document review.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method, the completeness of your KYC documentation and any additional compliance review that may be required. ZG999 does not guarantee specific processing times. "Instant" withdrawal is not guaranteed for any method or user.
Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operator policy. ZG999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where amounts are large or unusual activity has been identified.
Any fees applicable to withdrawals will be disclosed within the withdrawal interface at the time of request. ZG999 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment providers, banks or mobile wallet operators.
ZG999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to the general terms in this section.
All bonus awards carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated at the time of each offer.

All promotions have a validity period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated promotion window.
ZG999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Modifications do not affect bonuses already accepted in good faith prior to the change.
All bets and gaming rounds are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet selections, stakes and odds before confirming any wager. ZG999 will not reverse correctly placed bets on the grounds that you did not intend the selection or the amount.
Sports odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise selected. Odds reflect the prevailing market price at the time of bet placement. For casino games, indicative Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published per game where available and are based on long-run statistical outcomes — they do not represent guaranteed returns for any individual session.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game round or betting event, ZG999 will attempt to resolve the outcome in accordance with the gaming provider's published rules. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
ZG999 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, collusion or any other form of corruption. Such suspicion will be reported to relevant authorities where required.

All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ZG999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZG999, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any:

Where an Account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, ZG999 may withhold and forfeit any bonus funds, pending withdrawals and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Legitimately deposited real-money funds may be returned at ZG999's discretion, subject to applicable compliance checks.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal checks.
ZG999 collects, processes and stores personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
ZG999 does not sell User personal data to third parties. Data collected during KYC and account operation is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, compliance with applicable laws and fraud prevention. All data is processed over HTTPS-encrypted connections.
ZG999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are responsible for checking the Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ZG999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
